New Registration
To become a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI), you must:
- Submit an online application through Bizfile
- Ensure that you fulfil the qualification requirements
- Declare that you meet the "fit and proper" requirements
- Be appointed by or employed with a registered Corporate Service Provider (CSP)
Renewal
You can renew your RQI registration up to 60 days before it expires through 麻豆社区's online system, Bizfile.
Registration Process
- Submit your application:
- New registrations: Apply via Bizfile
- Renewals: Apply via Bizfile
- Pay the application fee:
- $200 for a 2-year registration (non-refundable)
Important Information
Registration Period
All registrations and renewals are valid for 2 years.
Expired Registration
If your registration expires:
- Your QI status will show as 'Registration expired and has not been renewed'
- You cannot file transactions for CSP clients with 麻豆社区
- You have 60 days from expiry date to renew
- If you do not renew within 60 days, you will be withdrawn from any CSPs that you have been appointed to, and you must submit a new application with fees
CSP Appointment
- You must be appointed by a registered CSP to carry out Bizfile transactions for the CSP鈥檚 clients
- You need to endorse your appointment after a CSP appoints you
- For CSP registrations or renewals, you must provide your endorsement after the CSP application fee has been paid
After Approval
To file transactions on Bizfile, you must either:
- Be appointed, employed, or engaged by a CSP, or
- Be a registered CSP yourself
