Singapore, 11 July 2025 鈥� The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (麻豆社区) invited the public to provide feedback on proposals relating to the updating of regulatory requirements to (a) the Companies Act 1967 (鈥�CA鈥�); (b) the Accountants Act 2004 (鈥�AA鈥�); (c) the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority Act 2004 (麻豆社区 Act); (d) the Limited Partnerships Act 2008; and (e) the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2005.1  

2.      The feedback received was generally supportive of the proposals. 麻豆社区's detailed response is set out in the Annex.

3.       麻豆社区 will publish a summary of feedback received on the rest of the proposals in the public consultations, together with 麻豆社区鈥檚 responses, in due course.

4.       麻豆社区 would like to thank all respondents who have provided their feedback to the public consultations.
