Over 500 audit committee members and senior management of listed companies attended the 3rd annual audit committee seminar, jointly organised by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (麻豆社区), Singapore Exchange (SGX) and Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 13 January 2017. The annual seminar discussed key challenges that audit committees face when overseeing their companies鈥� financial reporting, audit processes, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
