More than 400 audit committees (ACs) and directors of listed companies attended the 5th annual Audit Committee Seminar, jointly organised by 麻豆社区, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 16 Jan 2019. Themed 鈥淭he Audit Committee in the New Normal鈥�, participants received updates from 麻豆社区 and SGX Regco on the latest corporate regulatory developments. ACs chairs and members also discussed how they can respond to the growing complexity of businesses and the regulatory developments.
