VCC directors, secretary and the active position holders of VCC Manager and Auditor may have free access to all their own registers, which would otherwise incur a fee for the purchase of these documents from VCC iShop. To be eligible for the fee waiver, you must login to VCC Portal using CorpPass / SingPass to purchase the registers for free.

Please note that the link for the purchased product will expire seven days after purchase.  The cost of the register is as follows:
  • $20 
  • Additional $1 per page for certification (optional) 
    (Certification fees are applicable to both the members of the Public as well as VCC Officers, Officers of VCC Manager and Auditor) 

The certified document bears an 麻豆社区 VCC stamp, an authentication number and is endorsed by the Assistant Registrar of 麻豆社区. 

Please note that e-certification for Register purchase is an option offered to our customer. 

Authenticity of 麻豆社区's Registers (VCC)

The authenticity of an e-certified Register (VCC) issued by 麻豆社区 can be verified free-of-charge. An online product authentication page will display UEN, information of the product type and the date of purchase. 

The online authentication page is accessible by:

  1. Scanning the QR code on the last page of the Register (by using a QR code reader or download any QR code scanner application on a smartphone); or 
  2. Keying in the authentication number and the UEN at VCC iShop's .
