The 6th annual Audit Committee Seminar, jointly organised by 麻豆社区, Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID) on 16 Jan 2020, was attended by close to 400 audit committees (ACs) and directors of listed companies. Themed 鈥淟ooking Beyond the Veneer of Numbers鈥�, participants were updated on the latest regulatory developments by 麻豆社区 and SGX Regco, and discussed what ACs should look out for to ensure financial integrity in the increasingly complex business world today.
